The Sensex 1564.45 points or 2.70% to 59,537.07
while the Nifty was up by 446.40 points or 2.58% to 17,759.30 at the close of
trading on Tuesday.

The Sensex moved in a high and low band of 59,599.78
and 58,245.49. All 30 stocks were advancing on the index.

The Nifty traded in a range of 17,777.65 and
17,401.50. All 50 stocks were advancing on the index.

The broader indices ended in green with the BSE
mid-cap index up by 1.97% and the small-cap index up by 1.40%. The top gaining
sectoral indices on the BSE were Realty up by 3.51%, Bankex up by 3.33%,
Utilities up by 2.82%, Power up by 2.82% and Oil & Gas up by 2.65%, while
there were no losing sectoral indices on the BSE.

The top gainers on the Sensex were Bajaj Finserv up by
5.47%, Bajaj Finance up by 4.86%, Indusind Bank up by 4.38%, Tech Mahindra up
by 3.96% and ICICI Bank up by 3.72%.

The top gainers on Nifty were Bajaj Finserv up by 5.42%,
Bajaj Finance up by 4.99%, Indusind Bank up by 4.33%, Tech Mahindra up by 3.93%
and ICICI Bank up by 3.87%.

Aaron Industries Limited, ABB India Limited, Adani
Enterprises Limited, Adani Transmission Limited and Archidply Decor Limited have
hit a 52-week high on Tuesday.

NBI Industrial Finance Company Limited, Piramal Enterprises
Limited and Sanofi India Limited touched a 52-week low on Tuesday.

Reliance Industries Limited (RELIANCE), Piramal Enterprises
Limited (PEL), Adani Enterprises Limited (ADANIENT), Bajaj Finserv (BAJAJFINSV)
and Bajaj Finance Limited (BAJFINANCE) were the most active equities on NSE.

Tata Nifty Exchange Traded Fund, Best Agrolife Limited,
Kotak Nifty 50 ETF, Tata Mutual Fund – Tata Nifty India Digital Exchange Traded
Fund and Sakthi Sugars Limited were the top volume gainers.

Antarctica Limited (ANTGRAPHIC), BKM Industries Limited (BKMINDST),

price band.

3P Land Holdings Limited (3PLAND), BAG Films and Media
Limited (BAGFILMS), Future Enterprises Limited (FELDVR), GTL Infrastructure
Limited (GTLINFRA) and Indowind Energy Limited (INDOWIND) hit the lower price
band. There were 12 securities that hit the upper band while 11 hit the lower
band on August 30, 2022.
