The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the official date-sheet for classes 10 and 12 board examinations on Tuesday. The exams, which will be conducted offline and will be held from May 4 to June 10.

According to the Indian Express, schools will be conducting the practical exams from March 1. All the CBSE exams, including the written exams, will be held while adhering to COVID-19 safety guidelines, such as wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. The results will be announced on July 15.

Here is how to check the exam schedule once the date-sheet is available:

  • Visit the official CBSE website: cbse.nic.in
  • Click on the ‘classes 10, 12 date-sheets’ link.
  • The date-sheet will then appear on the screen, which can be then downloaded. A printout an also be taken out once the timetable is downloaded. 

88.78% students cleared the class 12 exams last year, while  91.46% cleared class 10. Keeping mind the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s syllabus has been reduced by 30%.
