The National
Testing Agency (NTA) will start counselling for the candidates who have
qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021. Through
counselling rounds, candidates will be able to take admission to various
medical colleges across the country.

Along with
the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling
Committee (AACCC) and Veterinary Council of India (VCI) will also conduct NEET
counselling for AYUSH and veterinary courses.

NEET UG 2021
result was announced yesterday, November 1. Along with the results, the NTA
also released the cut-off marks. To get a better idea about the changes in
selection in different medical examinations candidates are advised to check the
NEET category-wise cut-off score.

For the
general category, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 720-138 marks.

For the
general-PwD category, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 137-122 marks.

For OBC
students, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 137-108 marks.

For OBC-PwD
students, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 121-108 marks.

For ST
students, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 137-108 marks.

For ST-PwD
students, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 121-108 marks.

For SC
students, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 137-108 marks.

For SC-PwD
students, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 121-108 marks.

For
SC/ST/OBC-PH students, the NEET 2021 cut-off is 128-133 marks.

Under the
respective categories, candidates will get admission to undergraduate medical
courses on the basis of their All India Rank (AIR) as per the NEET merit list
released by the NTA.

According to
data shared by the NTA, SC will get 15 percent quota in NEET 2021 followed by
15 percent for ST, 5 percent for PwBD, 27 percent for OBC and 10 percent for
EWS (only for national institutes or central universities).

To register
for NEET 2021 counselling, candidates will be required to visit the MCC website
i.e. mcc.nic.in. And for
verification candidates will be asked to submit  documents including
educational certificates, caste certificates (if mentioned).
