Newly uncovered surveillance footage from 1996 paints a vivid picture of Tupac Shakur’s demeanor in the aftermath of the brawl at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, where he and a group of Death Row associates confronted Orlando Anderson, a person suspected of involvement in the shooting that would later claim Tupac’s life.

The footage, obtained by KLAS 8 News, captures the intense moments following the casino lobby altercation. Tupac, along with Suge Knight and their entourage, can be seen charging towards Anderson upon learning of his presence in the building. What stands out in this new footage is Tupac’s unwavering determination as he leads a sizable group towards an exit at the MGM Grand. The casino’s security cameras closely tracked their movements, repeatedly zooming in on Tupac, revealing the intensity of the situation.

KLAS also obtained photos taken later that fateful night, revealing the extent of the damage inflicted on the BMW in which Tupac and Suge were traveling. The images provide a closer look at the vehicle’s interior and exterior, offering a stark reminder of the violent encounter that transpired on the Las Vegas strip.

Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who was arrested recently and charged with murder in connection to Tupac’s death, has maintained that he did not pull the trigger but instead passed the gun to others in the car. Clark County officials assert that even aiding and abetting in a murder, as alleged in this case, can lead to murder charges. Notably, there is no statute of limitations for murder in Nevada.

Suge Knight, the only other living witness to the events, has remained tight-lipped, refusing to comment on the case. This leaves the prosecution with limited sources of information, even after all these decades.
