British actor Tanya Fear has been reported missing in Los Angeles, according to a BBC report. Fear appeared in a 2018 episode of BBC sci-fi drama ‘Doctor Who’. She was last seen on Thursday, according to her friends and family.

#FindTanyaFear is trending on social media and her friends and family are seeking help to gather information about the 31-year-old’s disappearance.

Her manager Alex Cole told ABC News she was fine when he last saw her a week ago, adding that she has had a great career and she was doing fine.

The actor’s real name is Tanyaradzwa Fear. She has also appeared in TV’s Spotless, Endeavour, DCI Banks and Midsomer Murders. She was seen in the movie Kick-Ass 2 and had recently started doing stand-up comedy.

Cole said the actor, who was born in Zimbabwe and brought up in the UK, had been in LA for roughly two months performing stand-up comedy in the area.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed a missing person report was filed for her on Thursday, September 9.

According to the @FindTanyaFear Twitter account, which is described as being run by her family, the actress was last seen at Trader Joe’s grocery store on Santa Monica Boulevard. She was seen wearing a short-sleeved brown collared fitted top with a few buttons at the top and dark plaid pants. 

Her friend and author Bolu Babalola wrote, “My friend Tanya has gone missing in the LA/Hollywood Bowl area. She hasn’t been seen since 9th September 2021. If anyone has any useful information please call (626)-232-8616 #FindTanyaFear . Would appreciate if those in the area or with reach in that area RT.”
