Summer House stars Lindsay Hubbard and Carle Radke have called off their engagement.
Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard were both cast members on the reality TV show “Summer House.” The show follows a group of friends who spend their weekends together in a summer house in the Hamptons.
During the earlier seasons of the show, Carl and Lindsay’s relationship was a central storyline. They had an on-again, off-again romantic dynamic that was marked by ups and downs, including arguments and moments of affection. They were portrayed as having a complicated and sometimes tumultuous relationship.
While they had moments of closeness, they also faced challenges that tested their connection. These challenges often revolved around issues such as trust, communication, and differing expectations. Viewers saw their relationship evolve and change throughout the seasons of the show.
2016: While filming the first season of Bravo’s Summer House, which premiered in January 2017, Hubbard and Radke met each other. At the time, Hubbard and Radke were simply friends because she was seeing her co-star Everett Weston and Radke was dating Lauren Wirkus.
2019: Radke and Hubbard tried to transform their chemistry into a romantic partnership during Summer House season 4, but things went awry and they ultimately realised they were better off as friends.
2021: Dating rumors continued to swirl on Halloween when Hubbard posted a picture of herself and Radke in costume as Dirty Dancing characters Frances “Baby” Houseman and Johnny Castle.
January 2022: Carl Radke confirmed relationship with Lindsay Hubbard on Watch What Happens Live
August 2022: Hubbard, 37, and Radke, 38, announced their engagement to the world with a string of endearing photos they uploaded to Instagram.
They posted a picture together with the phrase, “YOOOOOOO #AThousandTimesYes,” expressing their joy and dedication to one another. The proposal took place on Southampton, New York’s picturesque Dune Beach, and the Summer House cameras helped to make the moment even more memorable.
Radke allegedly planned the lavish proposal as a surprise for Hubbard, according to People. Instead of meeting up with friends for a campfire as Hubbard had been lead to think, Radke had planned a private picnic on the beach. Their closest friends and family members joined them in celebrating the engagement.
Signs with the words “7 Years” and the lyrics to Lee Brice’s song “Rumours” were placed along the walkway that connected the boardwalk to the beach to mark the anniversary of their voyage together. Hubbard was given with a magnificent 3.5-carat ring by Nicole Rose by Radke, who got down on one knee.
August 2023: Hubbard held her garden party-themed bridal shower at New York City’s Moxy East Village’s Cathédrale just two weeks ago. Co-stars Amanda Batula, Danielle Olivera, Ciara Miller, Gabby Prescod, and Samantha Feher from Hubbard’s Summer House were present.
