Dua Lipa is a pop sensation, but she’s also known for taking stylish risks. The “Levitating” singer isn’t hesitant to make a fashion statement from exposed thongs to bedazzled costumes for gigs.
Her latest daring look was a crochet swimsuit, which Lipa shared a series of photos of on Instagram.
The “Levitating” hitmaker, 25, posted a picture of herself poolside wearing GCDS bikini adorned with a marijuana leaf and a daisy. Meanwhile, the thong bottom of Lipa’s sold-out suit was adorned with a rainbow in front and a cheeky heart in the back.

“Find urself a girl who puts the same amount of trust in u that Dua does in bikini strings,” a fan joked about the daring design in the comments, while model Maya Stepper wrote, “This bikini is iconic.” Lipa’s sister Rina, who joined her for the pool day, and friends Bebe Rexha, Elsa Hosk and Alana Hadid also commented.
The Grammy winner has previously worn swimwear by the Italian streetwear label, including a patchwork two-piece and a quirky crochet Care Bears creation. Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kacey Musgraves are also GCDS fans.

Lipa accessorised her bright yellow bikini with a pair of pink-tinted sunglasses from the same designer, as well as a sprinkling of equally bright rings and beaded jewellery from Blobb by Sofia Elias and celebrity favourite Eliou.
She captioned photos of herself in the sun with a long stream of appropriately groovy emojis, including a toadstool, a daisy, and a rainbow.

The one-of-a-kind swimsuit, known simply as the “crochet bikini,” was created by GCDS and is only available online. According to GCDS, the bikini is almost entirely constructed of cotton crochet, with the exception of the yellow Lycra strings.
