South Korean television network tvN released a new poster for their upcoming drama Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha starring Shin Min-ah and Kim Seon-ho. The lead actors are gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes. The poster was captioned, ‘The moment our hearts started dancing’.

Min-ah and Seon-ho amplified fan’s anticipation for their sizzling chemistry on the show with the new poster. The duo is sitting close to each other under the warm sunlight, with Min-ah’s hand Seon-ho’s shoulder as they get lost in each other’s eyes.

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha is a remake of the film ‘Mr Hong’. It will be available on Netflix as well as tvN.

Min-ah will play the role of Yoon Hye-jin, a dentist who moved to the seaside village of Gongjin from Seoul. Seon-ho will essay the role of Hong Doo-shik an unemployed resident of Gongjin who is good at odd jobs. Although jobless he is the busiest man, as he helps everyone in the village.

The makers of Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha had earlier released a short teaser of the show. In the teaser, Min-ah is flustered after running into Hong Doo-shik on a beach. The teaser was captioned as ‘A powerful win-wave of romance is about to hit this sunny and peaceful seaside village’.

This romantic comedy will be directed by Yu Je-won who also directed Hi Bye Mama, Abyss and The Smile has Left Your Eyes among others.

Min-ah and Seon-ho will be working together for the first time. The duo is lovingly called the ‘dimple couple’ by their fans.

Min-ah previously worked in the 2019 drama Chief of Staff alongside Lee Jun-jae and Elijah. She also starred in the 2020 Korean thriller film Diva as Lee Young.

Seon-ho was last seen in 2020 Netflix drama Start-up with Nam Ju-hyuk and Suzy. He is also a current member of the Korean reality show ‘2 Days and 1 Night’.
