Hospital Playlist Season 2 airs one episode every Thursday which is unusual for K-Dramas. Korean television shows air at least two episodes per week. The fans of the medical drama were left disappointed last week (July 29) as the makers released a special episode 6.5 instead of the regular episode 7.

The wait for the seventh episode of Netflix’s show was the longest this season as the fans had to wait two weeks. The seventh episode will release today evening at  7.30 pm IST (9 pm KST). The makers broadcasted special behind-the-scenes stories, commentaries by the actors, stories about the band and more.

According to Soompi, Season 2’s episode 7 was postponed due to the delay caused in the filmings by the Covid-19 situation. The decision was made to maintain the quality of the script. A source from the TV show told the YTN, “It was not an inevitable decision made due to delays in filming.”

Many fans took to Twitter to express their disappointment of having to wait another week for Hospital Playlist 2’s episode 7. 

A Twitter user said, “Wth. I just completed my work and prepared some nice food, opened Netflix excitedly to watch episode 7 only to realise there is no episode this week and I have to wait for another week. #HospitalPlaylistS2Ep7.”

Another user tweeted, “very upset knowing #HospitalPlaylistS2Ep7 won’t be airing today.” 

Episode 6 of Hospital Playlist’s season 2 focussed on the interns and residents working at Yulje Medical Centre. This episode comforted the viewers by telling them everything will be fine.
