Rihanna pulled the biggest shocker on her fans on Sunday by revealing that she was pregnant during her Super Bowl performance. But this led many to wonder how she had kept her bulging belly a secret from people who were part of the show, as she supposedly had to do extensive rehearsals for the show.

Sources told TMZ that most of the over 280 backup dancers who performed with RiRi on the stage over the weekend, had no idea that she had a bun in the oven.

How did Rihanna hide her pregnancy?

Rihanna had been rocking some baggy clothing during all the rehearsals leading up to the main event, which successfully let her keep her pregnancy a secret. While she was practicing her set on Saturday and on Sunday, Rihanna chose to wear very loose-fitting outfits.

Everyone involved saw her final costume only during showtime, which was specially designed to show off her belly. A couple of days before the Super Bowl, the rapper did an interview talking about the different setlists she’d created. There too Rihanna managed to keep her pregnancy a secret by wearing a big furry jacket and another fluffy garb.
