Richard Rogers, also called the Last Call Killer, tortured and murdered four men in Manhattan between 1992 and 1993. After killing the guys, he would dismember their bodies and dump them alongside the New Jersey Highway. Rogers had met all of the men he was interested in in Manhattan piano bars.
While Rogers was convicted in two of these murders, he was suspected in several others. A jury was unable to convict Rogers due to a lack of evidence in the other trials. Rogers was sentenced to two consecutive life terms at the New Jersey State Prison in Trenton, New Jersey, after being convicted of two of the murders.
