John Aniston, the father of Hollywood actor Jennifer Aniston, died on Saturday, November 11. Jennifer Aniston shared the news in a touching tribute to her father via an Instagram post on Monday. John Aniston was 89 years old at the time of his death.
“Sweet papa… John Anthony Aniston,” she wrote in the post. ” You were one of the most beautiful humans I ever knew. I am so grateful that you went soaring into the heavens in peace – and without pain. And on 11/11 no less! You always had perfect timing. That number will forever hold an even greater meaning for me now,” she added.

“I’ll love you till the end of time. Don’t forget to visit,” she said ending her post.
The circumstances of John Aniston’s death were not clear, but it seemed from the post that he died of natural causes. He is best remembered for playing the role of Victor Kiriakis on the soap opera Days of Our Lives.

Jennifer Aniston was quite close to her father and dedicated shared a memorable tribute when he won the 2022 Daytime Emmy awards for Lifetime Achievement.
“For over 30 years, his dedication to that show has gained him respect and admiration of his fellow actors, deep friendships and thrilled millions of fans around the world,” she had said. “His career is literally the definition of lifetime achievement.”

Jennifer Aniston’s mother, Nancy Dow, died in 2016 at the age of 79. John and Nancy had divorced 14 years after their marriage in 1965.
