ZZ Top is an American rock band that was formed in 1969 in Houston, Texas. While the band underwent its fair share of changes in the initial days, it finally settled on a line up of vocalist and guitarist Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard and lead bassist Dusty Hill.
