Marathi TV actors Hardeek Joshi and Akshaya Deodhar got engaged in a low-key ceremony on Tuesday. The ‘Tujhyat Jeev Rangla’ fame couple took to social media to share pictures from their engagement.

The couple wore matching-coloured outfits. While Akshaya stunned in a pastel cream colour silk saree, Hardeek Joshi looked dapper in a similar colour safari suit.

Several of the couple’s friends and colleagues took to the comments section to congratulate the couple.
“Congratulations dear,” Gauthami Deshpande wrote.

Akshaya and Hardeek were opposite each other in the TV show Tujhyat Jeev Rangle. While Akshaya played Anjali, Hardeek won hearts with his portrayal of Rana Da. The couple’s chemistry was loved by the fans of the show. The show, which aired on Zee Marathi, recently went off-air.

The couple kept their relationship a secret and never talked about her private life on social media. Hence, the news of their engagement came as a surprise for their fans.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Hardeek Joshi is currently playing the role of Sid in the show Tujhya Majhya Sansarala Aani Kay Hava. The show also stars Swarajya Janani Jijamata actress Amruta Pawar.
“Hardeek Joshi will play the male lead in Tuzhya Mazhya Sansarala Aani Kay Hava. Hardeek is so excited to make his comeback on TV. Also, he will be seen opposite Amruta Pawar, who’s playing the female lead,” a close source of the show had told ETimes before it went on-air.
