The Wuzhishan scenic area in China’s Handan city recently hired a man to dress up as a monkey in a bid to attract tourists on Labour Day holiday, reports Dianshi News. The ‘Monkey King’ was seen to be suppressed under the rocks near a cave.

The Monkey King instantly became a hit among all the visitors. But the guests continuously kept bothering him by feeding him bananas and other treats.

Tourists were having fun peeling bananas and feeding the Monkey King and he was embarrassed to refuse the tourists’ kindness and couldn’t resist to take a bite. After, which a lot of people started peeling  bananas and fed it to the man. 

The monkey man works on a five and an half hour shift everyday, in which his job is to sit in the cave. While the job is physically taxing, what bothers him more is people feeding him a lot of food, said the report.

After the news came out on internet, a large number of netizens laughed back saying, “Feed Monkey King into a pig”, “This is the most ideal job”, “After a day of work, I will spit on bananas”, “Lying down with genuine goods.”
