It’s three years of saying yes to American singer Nick
Jonas’ proposal for Priyanka Chopra Jonas and the couple celebrated the special
day with mushy posts dedicated to each other on their respective Instagram
profiles.

Posting a throwback picture, Nick Jonas wrote: “3 years
ago today.” Priyanka Chopra replied in the comments section with these
words: “Thank you for asking jaan.” She too posted a picture with her
husband and she wrote: “My everything… 3 years today. Seems like a blink
and a lifetime at the same time. I love you.”
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas met at the grand fashion
event Met Gala 2017, where they represented designer Ralph Lauren. Nick popped
the question to Priyanka during a romantic vacation in Greece in 2018.

In an earlier interview with Vogue, he revealed that she was
speechless when he proposed. “I got down on one knee, again, and I said: ‘Will
you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?’ No joke — she took
about 45 seconds. 45 seconds of silence,” he said. “I’m going to put this ring
on your finger now unless you have any objections,” he told her.
On the other hand, Priyanka expressed her apprehension about
a potential relationship with the singer keeping in mind the age gap. “I
did really judge the book by its cover. I honestly didn’t take it very
seriously when Nick was texting me. I was 35 and I want to get married and I
want to have kids. He is in his 20s, I don’t know if that’s something he would
want to do. I did that to myself for a while till I actually went out with
him,” Priyanka said.
