Actor Paul Sorvino, who played Paulie Cicero in ‘Goodfellas‘ and NYPD sergeant Phil Cerretta on ‘Law & Order,’ died of natural causes in Indiana on Monday morning. He was 83. She is survived by his wife, Dee Dee Sorvino, and three children. 

“Our hearts are broken, there will never be another Paul Sorvino, he was the love of my life, and one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen and stage,” Dee Dee Sorvino, said in a statement.

Who is Dee Dee Benkie?

Dee Dee Benkie is an American actress who is best known for movies and TV shows such as 

Sicilian Vampire, Bad Impulse, and Welcome to Acapulco.

She was previously into politics and was once an aide to the former US President George W. Bush. She also served as one of the strategists. Presently, she is one of the members of the National Committeewomen of the Republican Party.

She is also the author of bestselling book ‘Pinot, Pasta, and Parties,’ which she co-wrote with Paul Sorvino.

Paul Sorvino and Benkie met each other for the first time at the Your World with Neil Cavuto program held by Fox News in 2014, The Sun reported.

Paul’s son Michael Ernest Sorvino is an American actor and producer, who is best known as the voice of Tommy Angelo, the protagonist in Mafia. He also acted in Summer of Sam, The Trouble with Cali, and Once Upon a Time in Queens.
