Users of the OTT platform Spectrum TV suffered from a service outage on Monday after the internet television provider reported two separate breaks in their network.

Without internet and streaming services, customers faced the outage mainly in New Hamshire and Maine, reported News Maine Center.

Lara Pritchard, senior Director of Communications of Spectrum Northeast Region told News Maine Center, “We’ve identified two separate fibre breaks in our network, impacting services for Spectrum customers in Maine and New Hampshire.”
