Lizzo performed at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2022 on Sunday night while sharing the stage with several other virtual personas of herself. The Special singer, wearing a bubblegum pink costume, began her act with a clip of About Damn Time, accompanied by some vibrant vocals.
Before moving into 2 Be Loved, she interacted with a silhouette for the TikTok viral hit with black-and-white visuals. She then danced in front of a pyramid screen while fun-filled small versions of the singer accompanied her. In the end, everyone in the crowd stood to applaud the star, including Taylor Swift, who was beaming in joy as Lizzo exited the stage.
