Rapper Aaron Carter died aged 34 at his California home on Saturday morning, his family said. TMZ reported that the singer was found lying dead in his bathtub, but there is no official confirmation of the cause of his death from his family. 

Aaron Carter had a bad relationship with his family and especially with his brother Nick Carter, a founding member of the Backstreet Boys, and Angel Carter, his twin sister. The relationship was so bad that Aaron Carter split with his fiancee Melanie Martin just seven days after the birth of their son Prince in November 2021 because Martin secretly kept in touch with Angel.

Angel Carter had also filed for a restraining order against Aaron in 2019 for allegedly threatening to kill her husband and daughter.

Who is Angel Carter? 

Angel Carter is a former model and singer who was born on December 7, 1987. Before her modeling career took off, Angel tried to pursue a career as an interior designer. She is married to Corey Conrad and they have a daughter called Harper Conrad.

She became famous for appearing in eight episodes of the reality TV show House of Carters. The show’s main protagonist was Nick Carter, who along with other family members made plans for the future. Aaron and Angel shared a good relationship previously and they have appeared together publicly for many events.

Angel Carter had filed a restraining order against Aaron at a Los Angeles court in September 2019. Based on the order, Carter was restrained from contacting either Angel or Nick for a year. Angel had said that Carter had sent threats to kill her husband and daughter, who was only eight months old then.

I am devastated by what happened in court today. “My sister lied over and over in an effort to take away my 2nd amendment rights and she did it on behalf of my brother to silence me talking about how he raped and sexually assaulted multiple women,” Aaron had written on Instagram after the order.
