Singer Tamar Braxton, during the final episode of  Peacock’s Queen’s Court,  got engaged to her fellow finalist, attorney Jeremy “JR” Robinson.

Robinson proposed to Braxton, telling her, “I don’t wanna be your friend. I wanna be your husband. I’m here forever because I don’t see my life without you. And I love you, Tamar. Tamar, will you marry me?”

Braxton accepted the proposal. “I can’t believe I found what I was looking for.”

Who is Jeremy ‘JR’ Robinson?

Robinson is an attorney. He is divorced and has five children with four women. He was, on the show, asked about fathering two children with two different women in 2019. “That was a very difficult time. It was a dark time. While I was usually dating, I dated multiple women. And I ended up with two beautiful children. I’ve been as transparent as I can be,” he said.

Braxton and Robinson are still together after six months and are “busy planning their wedding!” Braxton in a recent interview with ET revealed about her decision to join the show. “Well, you know, look I had to find Mr. Right somewhere!”

The singer and television personality is no stranger to reality TV shows. “When it came to Queens Court, I was told to trust the process,” she said.  “You meet people through people and I think I done ran out of people,” she added.

Braxton said that the show was amazing and one of the proudest moments of her life. She appreciated the chance she got find some good friends and some people who were searching for the same love and respect that she was looking for. “We had vulnerable moments [and] we’ve had amazing moments,” she said in the interview.

The 45-year-old singer said she got an opportunity for self-reflection, self-realization with personal and emotional growth.
