Yellowstone actor Josh Lucas recently revealed that he is very much eager to star in the sequel of Sweet Home Alabama, a 2002 romantic comedy in which he acted alongside noted actor Reese Witherspoon.

Lucas did not blame his costar for the delay in the film, saying that he had lobbied for the sequel to Witherspoon. “I would love to. I’ve campaigned for her. I’m not gonna say that she’s the problem, but I think part of it is that Reese is so busy,” said Lucas, “I really believe that — I’m assuming, I hope — she wants to be part of it.”
