Peter Francis Dante is an American character actor and
comedian. He is best known for his frequent appearances in films from Happy
Madison Productions alongside his friend Adam Sandler. Dante was reportedly
arrested on Friday for threatening to kill a neighbour.

Born on December 16, 1968, Dante is a graduate of Hofstra
University, where he was a part of the lacrosse team. He has worked as the
assistant coach for the lacrosse team at Loyola Marymount University for the
2011 season. Apart from that, Dante has coached many club teams. Those teams include
the Riptide lacrosse team which made it to the state championships.

Dante’s acting roles are usually alongside Jonathan Loughran
and Allen Covert. He played the character of Peter in “Little Nicky” and the
character of Dante in “Grandma’s Boy”, in which he worked as a writer, actor, and producer. His character was a zany drug dealer with a pet chimpanzee, lion, and elephant. He played a lawyer named Tommy in Adam Sandler’s movie “Big Daddy”.
He also played the character of quarterback Gee Grenouille in “The Waterboy “and
Murph “Murphy” in “Mr Deeds”. In “50 First Dates”, he was seen as a
security guard.

He played a fire-fighter in the film “I Now Pronounce You
Chuck and Larry”, and Danny Guiterrez in “Strange Wilderness”. He also played
the role of Steve Spirou’s son in Adam Sandler’s 2012 film “That’s My Boy”. Dante
was paired up with Shaquille O’Neal in “Grown Ups 2” in which both of them
played the characters of police officers.

Apart from acting, he is also a singer and a songwriter. He
is a member of the music group Rad Omen along with Dirt Nasty, DJ Troublemaker,
Steven Laing, and Benji Madden. His debut album “Peace, Love, and Freedom” was
released in 2011.
