Theophilus London, a rapper from Trinidad and Tobago, was reported missing by his friends and family on Wednesday. The last anyone spoke to London was in July of this year. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach him, his family filed a missing person’s report on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

“Theo, your Dad loves you, son,” London’s father said in a statement this week in the hopes of locating the 35-year-old rapper. “We miss you. And all your friends and relatives are searching for you. Wherever you are send us some signal,” he added.

Who is Theophilus London?

Theophilus London is an American rapper and singer. He was born on February 23, 1987, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. He was raised in New York. Later, he moved to Brooklyn and graduated from George Westinghouse High School in 2006. He made his debut in February 2011 with EP Lovers Holiday, released on Warner Bros Records.

His full-length debut album Timez Are Weird These Days, mixed by noted producer Dan Carey, was released by Warner Brothers on July 19, 2011. He performed at the Montreal International Jazz Festival on June 30, 2011, after which Montreal Gazette said “Theophilus London is going to be big. Very big. The buzz has been building for some time.”

In September 2013, London announced that his new album Vibes was dedicated to his aunt who had died recently. He was featured in Azealia Banks’ song JFK from her debut studio album Broke with Expensive Taste. London released the song Revenge with Ariel Pink in November 2016. He released the song Whiplash with Tame Impala in October 2018. They also covered the song Only You by Steve Monite.
