The Supreme Court on Friday said that the Centre has to supply 700 MT oxygen to Delhi daily until further orders, reports PTI.
Heading a Supreme Court bench, Justice Dr Chandrachud said, “Every single day, 700 MT oxygen must be given to Delhi hospitals. We need business and until that order is modified, please comply with our directions,” quotes ANI.
This comes a day after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said that no COVID-19 patient will die in the national capital due to oxygen shortage if Centre will supply 700 MT to the state daily.
