India was hit by a deadly second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in March. Tragic videos and images of people dying due to oxygen and medicine shortage, doctors and healthcare staff breaking down due to constant deaths, and trauma were dominating social media. At this time, short video clips and pictures of some brave COVID warriors, who remained positive and serene despite being at the forefront of the disaster managed to bring a smile to our face.

Take a look.

‘Love You Zindagi’ girl

It was hard not to shed tears when we came across this brave woman one day while scrolling our Twitter/Instagram feed and saw her swaying on the beats of Shah Rukh Khan‘s ‘Love You Zindagi’ song in a COVID ward on IV support.

The 30-year-old who is unfortunately lost her life to COVID-19 was a warrior who taught us an important lesson ‘Never lose hope’ and fight your battles with a smile.

The Zingaat dance by healthcare workers

We can’t thank our healthcare workers, who have been tirelessly working from last year, enough. These services now are not limited to providing medical assistance anymore. Round the clock, in every nook and corner of the country, doctors, nurses, ward boys and other staff are making every possible effort to lift the spirits of those severely affected by this pandemic. This video is just one such instance.

In the clip, healthcare workers in Mumbai’s Goregaon are seen dancing on a Marathi song ‘Zingaat’ and encouraging the patients to forget the pain and enjoy life as it is.

The dedicated CA student

“Success is not a coincidence but dedication”, IAS Vijay Kulange rightly said about a chartered accountancy student whose picture he shared on his Twitter account. The boy despite being sick and hospitalised was preparing for his upcoming exams.
