Yoga guru Ramdev took to Twitter on Monday to ask the Indian Medical Association (IMA) if allopathy offered permanent relief for ailments such as hypertension and diabetes. This comes a day after he withdrew his recent statement questioning the efficacy of allopathy medicines.
In an open letter on Twitter, Ramdev posed 25 questions to IMA and pharmaceutical companies, which strongly condemned his viral video clip, in which he was heard saying that “lakhs have died from taking allopathic medicines for COVID-19.”

2. What permanent solution does allopathy offer for treating type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and its complications?
3. What permanent solution does allopathy offer for treating thyroid, arthritis, colitis, and asthma?
4. Just like allopathy offers treatment for tuberculosis and chickenpox, does it has medication for treating fatty liver, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis? Find a solution to such diseases as allopathy is over 200 years old.
