Amitabh Bachchan‘s granddaughter,
Navya Naveli Nanda recently took to Instagram to share two pictures of herself in
a light saree. Captioning the post as “ft. my white hair”, the 25-year-old
boldly flaunted her grey strands, offering a refreshing take on ageing.

just a day ago, the post has amassed over 71,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
Actor Angad Bedi also took to the comment section and wrote, “ sooo sooo nice @navyananda”.

Many social
media users lauded Nanda for not concealing the intricacies of ageing and normalising the
very concept of it. Her maternal uncle and actor Abhishek Bachchan also commented with a hug emoticon.  

The 25-year-old
often shares snippets of her daily life, family, and friends with her 544,000 audience
on Instagram. She also shares glimpses of her NGO, Project Naveli. Nanda is
also the co-founder of Aara Health, a healthcare clinic with a massive social
media audience. Its Instagram page includes informative posts on health, lifestyle, diet,
and wellness.

Quite recently, Nanda and her
mother, Shweta Bachchan featured on the 1000th episode of Amitabh
Bachchan’s quiz show, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, popularly known as KBC. The episode
features the trio sharing conversations and entertaining audiences. Shweta Bachchan
also questioned her father on how it feels to reach the 1,000-episode mark, to
which the legendary actor said, “Aisa lag raha hai meri duniya badal gayi
(it feels like my whole world has changed).”

A while ago, the veteran actor
took to social media to share a video of his granddaughter, Navya playing a piano. Expressing his pride, he wrote on Twitter, “The admiration & pride
of a Grandfather towards his Granddaughter, Navya Naveli… Self taught,
digitally graduated, constructs platforms for deprived women, apprentices on
management for Father’s business & sorts out all my mobile computer
glitches!! Love you dearest.”

On the work front, the 79-year-old will next be seen in several films including, ‘Brahmastra’, ‘Jhund’, ‘MayDay’,
‘Goodbye’, a Hindi remake of the Hollywood film ‘The Intern’, and untitled film
starring actor Deepika Padukone.
