Diego Mauricio scored a second-half brace to fire Odisha FC to their maiden win of the Indian Super League (ISL) season, as they beat Kerala Blasters 4-2 at the GMC Stadium, Bambolin  on Thursday. 

Kerala took the lead in the seventh minute through Jordan Murray with Odisha rallying back to go into the half-time break with a one-goal advantage. 

Kerala midfielder Jeakson Singh scored an own goal in the 22nd minute and Steven Taylor netted 20 minutes later before Odisha pulled clear of their rivals with two goals from Mauricio on the 50th and 60th minute. 

Gary Hooper scored a consolation goal for Kerala with 11 minutes left in regulation time. 

With the win, rock-bottom Odisha closed the gap on 10th-placed Kerala to one point.
