The registration process for the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) started on Thursday and students can now register and apply for various UG and PG courses through the official website. The last date to apply for the courses is February 28, 2021.

As per the official website, courses will be available in both open and distant mode. The fee exemption granted to SC/ST candidates can only be availed once for a course. If an applicant is found to apply through multiple applications for fee exemption, all applications are liable to being rejected.

Applicants can apply for various certificate, undergraduate postgraduate and diploma courses. 

Students can visit the official IGNOU website: ignou.ac.in and apply to their desired programmes. Applicants must keep in mind that it is compulsory to register in IGNOU’s Online Admission System before the submission of the application.  

Library services will be made available to all students (online and on-campus) who seek admission into any course. Students who are already enrolled in a one year course are allowed to register themselves for an additional certificate programme, which has a 6 months duration.
