####The popular battle royal game Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) released its teasers indicating the comeback of PUBG Mobile to India. It was rumoured to be launched today, but there has been no update from the company regarding it as the fans eagerly wait for the launch of game today.
On November 14, PUBG gamer Kronten, who is the featured face in the trailer beside Dynamo and Jonathan, said, “The teaser is going to be out tomorrow. So we can assume that the game is likely to get released before November 20."
The Indian government has not broken silence on PUBG Mobile’s return to India after it was banned on September 2 among the list of 118 Chinese mobile applications under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act.
The game was stopped due to data privacy and protection issues, according to the statement by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
Registration for the PUBG Mobile India for Android and iOS were started for select users who are a part of Tap Tap game forums — a mobile game sharing community that pushes high-quality mobile games, reported Business Insider.
Their page also displays that PUBG Mobile India’s Facebook and YouTube pages are now live. At the time of writing this article, registrations have been closed, which might indicate that its launch is approaching.
PUBG Mobile's comeback as Indian version and its resuming of operations will entirely depend on Indian government's permit.
