Tadubi assembly constituency has O. Lorho of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) taking on M. Francis Ngajokpa of the Naga People’s Front (NPF) and N. Kayisii of the National People’s Party (NPP) this year in the Manipur assembly elections.
N. Kayisii of the NPEP had won the Tadubi seat in 2017 when the INC swept Manipur winning 28 of Manipur’s 60 assembly seats. Kayisii had beaten his closest rival M. Francis Ngajokpa by over 1,299 votes. Ngajokpa had contested that election on a BJP ticket.
In 2012, the seat was won by Francis Ngajokpa of the INC.
Tadubi falls under the Senapati district and the Outer Manipur Lok Sabha constituency, which is made up of 28 assembly seats.

Lorho S. Pfoze of Naga People’s Front represented Outer Manipur as a member of Parliament in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Pfoze defeated Houlim Shokhopao Mate from the BJP with a margin of 73,782 votes.

The Tadubi assembly constituency voted in the second phase of the Manipur elections on March 5, 2022, along with 21 other constituencies.
Results will be declared on March 10, along with those for elections in four other states, including Uttar Pradesh.
