One97 Communications’ wholly-owned subsidiary — Paytm Payments Bank has launched ‘Paytm Transit Card’. The card will take care of users’ everyday needs from travel in metro, railways, state-owned bus services, toll & parking charges, to payments at offline merchant stores, online shopping, and more. The card also enables the withdrawal of money from ATMs.

Simran Farms

Renowned investor Dolly Khanna on Monday bought 19,642 additional shares of Simran Farms at Rs. 167.96 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE. Prior to today, Dolly Khanna had bought 22,344 shares of Simran Farms through a bulk deal on the BSE on November 24.

As a part of future needs, the company has acquired an industrial land admeasuring 50,399.16 square metres at Dahej-III GIDC Estate, Gujarat.

Subsidiary Sayaji Hotels Management (SHML) has signed and entered into 8 management agreements/franchise agreements/ term sheets for the expansion of SHML by having new properties in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat.

The company’s officials will meet ICICI Securities on December 1, Enam Asset Management Company on December 6, and Dam Capital on December 10.

KSS 

The company approved the divestment of its entire equity shareholding in material wholly-owned subsidiary K Sera Sera Box Office Private Limited by way of sale to Birla Financial Distribution Limited (purchaser).

The company has won Platinum and Gold awards at the LACP Spotlight 2021 Awards. The Happiest Minds Annual Report 2020-21 won the highest award – Platinum; and the CSG and ESG reporting each bagged Gold awards. The company’s annual report is ranked 24th globally and 1st among Indian companies.

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes 

The company has received new domestic orders aggregating to Rs 297.87 crore from the oil and gas sector, to be executed between February 2022 and January 2023.

James Warren Tea 

The company approved a proposal to buy back shares worth Rs 24.86 crore at a price of Rs 295 per share.
