Siemens 

The company has recommended a dividend of Rs 8 per equity share for the financial year ended September 2021. The Revenue for the quarter ended  September 2021 of Rs. 39997.00 million grew by 13.66 % from Rs. 35190.00 million. The Company’s Net profit for the September 2021 quarter has declined marginally to Rs. 3230.00 million as against Rs. 3331.00 million reported during the corresponding quarter ended. The company reported degrowth in operating Profit to 4903.00 million from 5143.00 million.

CyberTech Systems and Software 

India Rating & Research (Fitch Group) has upgraded the rating of CyberTech Systems from Long-Term Issuer Rating at ‘BBB-/Stable/A3’ to ‘BBB/Stable/A3+’.

Capri Global Capital 

The company entered into a co-lending agreement with the Union Bank of India to offer MSMEs loans.

Lyka Labs

Ipca Laboratories acquired 48 lakh equity shares in the company at Rs 130.4 per share, however, Shruti Mayank Shah & Prasham Mayank Shah sold 15 lakh shares each, and Mayank Jashwantlal Shah offloaded 18 lakh shares at the same price on the BSE, the bulk deals data showed.

Tube Investments of India 

ICRA has reaffirmed the long-term rating at AA+ and the short-term rating at A1+ in respect of the bank fund-based and non-fund-based limits of the company. The long-term rating has been removed from the watch with developing implications and a ‘Stable’ outlook has been assigned.

Grasim Industries 

Life Insurance Corporation of India sold a 2.02% stake in the company via open market transactions, reducing shareholding to 9.83% from 11.85% earlier.

Pidilite Industries 

Subsidiary Madhumala Ventures has agreed to make an investment of Rs 1.56 crore in Constrobot Robotics which is engaged in the business of research, development, manufacturing, and trading of robotic equipment and related software to be used in construction activities. The investment would be done through the primary and secondary purchase of shares to acquire 19.51% of Constrobot Robotics.

Tata Steel

Tata Steel has executed a blockchain-enabled paperless export order with metals major in Bangladesh. This makes it the first such deal executed between an India-based company and a counterparty in Bangladesh assisted by different banks at respective ends. This transaction was facilitated by Standard Chartered, India, and was conducted on Contour’s blockchain trade platform, which enables banks, corporates, and other trade partners across the world to transact with each other.

One97 Communications’ wholly-owned subsidiary — Paytm Money has launched a new feature ‘Margin Pledge’. The feature will allow users to pledge their existing stocks and ETFs in return for a collateral margin that can be used for trading in stocks, ETFs, futures, and options.

The Sales for the quarter ended September 2021 of Rs. 79.40 million declined by -75.12% from Rs. 319.10 million. The Net Loss for the quarter ended September 2021 is Rs. -23.40 million as compared to the Net Profit of Rs. 12.30 million of the corresponding quarter ended September 2020The Operating Profit of the company witnessed a decrease to 11.50 million from 54.90 million.
