Tata Teleservices (TTML)

The company on Tuesday said it will convert the interest on deferred AGR dues into equity shares, giving the central government a 9.5% stake in the firm. The interest comes out to be Rs 850 crore as per the company’s estimates.

DLF 

The company clocked sales worth Rs 1,500 crore for its initial offering in ONE Midtown, a newly launched luxury residential project in New Delhi.

Axis Bank 

The bank has executed a maiden domestic trade transaction on the Government of India (GOI) backed blockchain platform, Secured Logistics Document Exchange (SLDE).

UltraTech Cement 

The company announced the commissioning of Line II of the Bara Grinding Unit in Uttar Pradesh, having a cement capacity of 2 mtpa (million tonnes per annum). The Line I was earlier commissioned in January 2020 and is already operating at a capacity utilisation in excess of 80%.

Shriram Transport Finance Company (STFC) 

The company on Tuesday said it has raised USD 475 million (about Rs 3,500 crore) through Reg S Bond, having a tenor of 3.5 years and offering a coupon of 4.15%. 

Delta Corp 

The board has approved the appointment of advisors, bankers and other intermediaries by subsidiary Gaussian Networks (GNPL), engaged in the online gaming business, to explore a potential public issue and listing of equity shares of GNPL. The company reported a higher consolidated profit at Rs 70.38 crore in Q3FY22 against Rs 1.28 crore in Q3FY21, revenue jumped to Rs 247.22 crore from Rs 120.82 crore YoY.

DB Realty Ltd 

The company has sought shareholders’ approval for its proposal to raise Rs 563 crore by issuing warrants to promoters and investors.

RITES 

The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SMEC Group to cooperate and explore infrastructure projects.

Vikas Lifecare 

The company reported consolidated profit at Rs 2.82 crore in Q3FY22 against Rs 0.06 crore in Q3FY21; revenue jumped to Rs 106.74 crore from Rs 9.43 crore YoY.

PI Industries 

Life Insurance Corporation of India acquired 72,000 equity shares in the company via open market transactions on January 10, increasing shareholding to 5.03% from 4.98% earlier.

Vodafone Idea

The Government of India is all set to control a 35.8% stake in Vodafone Idea as the company’s board has approved the conversion of dues into equity.
