The Indian stock market is likely to open strongly, with the SGX Nifty indicating a bullish start with a 95-point gain. The BSE Sensex rose 452.74 points to 60,737.05 on October 13, while the Nifty50 rose 169.80 points to 18,161.80 and formed a bullish candle on the daily charts, bringing the total five-day advances to over 3%.

According to pivot charts, the Nifty’s major support levels are around 18,075.8, followed by 17,989.8. If the index continues to rise, the important resistance levels to monitor are 18,222.8 and 18,283.8.
