Indian skipper Virat Kohli handed the ball to Rohit Sharma just before Tea on Day 2 of the opening Test between India and England in Chennai. Introduced in the bowling attack, Sharma, who rarely bowls, imitated off-spinner Harbhajan Singh’s action, making fans go wild.

Sharma was given an opportunity to bowl just two overs and he gave away seven runs as Kohli gave relief to the mainstream bowlers who toiled against England.

“So how’s the test going?” “Rohit Sharma is bowling” “Oh got it.” #INDvsENG,” former India opener Wasim Jaffer reacted to Sharma’s bowling.
