A video of a US-based Indian couple skiing
in fully traditional attire has gone viral, and as is the case with these
clips, social media thoroughly gave them their due stardom, raking up the
numbers associated with the video instantly, with it crossing beyond the 15,000
views mark as of Monday.

Maiya and her partner Madhu, who are based in the US currently, decided to post
the Instagram.

The duo is seen adjusting their skiing gear
and sliding down a slanted surface. Maiya is seen wearing a blue-saree, whereas
Madhu sports a dhoti.

With a shot of them sitting on a
rope-attached seat moving forward, the next scene cuts into two of them skiing
down a snowy mountainside, with the hugely popular Dillon Francis and DJ Snake
produced track ‘Get Low’ playing in the background.

Instagram-users reacted in different ways
to the clip captioned ‘We needed to do something really crazy today to distract
ourselves!’, even as the overarching reaction was that of admiration.
