Late on Sunday night, supporters of Tyagi posing as guests entered the Grand Omaxe complex and began looking for the woman. The police were called and the seven men were detained and interrogated.
This is not the first time that Tyagi has run afoul of the law. In 2019, residents of Grand Omaxe got into an argument with one of the politician’s security guards for protesting the alleged construction of an outer area of his apartment which they said was spoiling the symmetry of their society, according to a Times of India report.
