Constantly staying on our toes all day may be rewarding but
it is definitely punishing on our feet. At the end of a long tiring day, all we
have the energy to do is tuck ourselves to bed, while secretly wishing for a
long, comforting foot massage.

If those 30-second Krack cream commercials on television
channels made you roll your eyes over to check your own heels, then have a look
at these simple solutions to pamper your feet :

1.
 Baking
soda

While baking soda may conjure an image of a
delicious chocolate cake in your mind, it is also known to soften those hard
heels. Add two tablespoons of baking soda in warm water and soak your feet in
the liquid for at least 30 minutes. Repeat on a regular basis for quick
results.

2.
Banana paste

The benefits of banana do not cease to
surprise people. The tropical fruit can cure super-cracked feet without any
hassle. Whip a ripe banana in a mixer, apply the paste evenly on our feet, let
it dry for 10 minutes and wash it off with warm water. The results will surely
amaze you.

3.
Oatmeal scrub

Oatmeal and milk is not only a recipe for
fitness, but also for happy feet. Make your own exfoliator to remove dead skin
using oatmeal. Mix equal parts of oatmeal with rose water or milk to make a
paste, apply the scrub on to your feet, let it set for 20-30 minutes, exfoliate
with a brush if needed and wash with cold water.

4.
Olive Oil

Olive oil is a wonderful moisturizer for
your skin. Dip a cotton ball into olive oil, apply it to the affected area, and
gently massage in circular motion. After a while, wear socks and allow your
skin to absorb the oil. Rinse off your feet after an hour. You may leave the
oil on your feet overnight for better healing.

5.
Vinegar

No, this is not another ingredient to add
zing to your noodles! Prepare a warm soak, add vinegar to it and let your heals
heal. You may a few drops of dish wash for better results.

So, put your feet up, and indulge in some self-care.
