Self-claimed godman Nithyananda has started issuing visas for visiting his “stateless nation”, reported India Today. His nation ‘Kailasa’ has also begun generating e-mail IDs through which visitors can apply for the visa.

As Nithyananda is the prime minister of his nation, he fled India November last year to stay there leaving 50 court hearings hanging in the country.

While the exact location of Kailasa is unknown, according to media reports, it is somewhere near Australia. Earlier it was reported that Nithyananda has started charter flight services called ‘Garuda’ from Australia to ‘Kailasa’.

Nithyananda, who is an accused of sexual assault, has also promised the travellers a visit to “param Shiva” during their stay. According to the official website of his nation, ‘Kailasa’ has been founded by a group of “dispossessed people who lost the right to practice Hinduism authentically in their own countries”.

Nithyananda celebrated the launch of ‘Reserve Bank of Kailasa’ in August this year. “I have a great announcement,” Nithyananda said. “On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi (August 22), with the grace of Ganapati, we are going to reveal the complete details of the Reserve Bank of Kailasa and the currency (of Kailasa). It is all ready. I am just waiting for the auspicious day.”
