Crystal Ball, a Florida woman is attempting to sell one of her Panama City Beach houses. The house includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, a pool, a hot tub and her ex-husband.

After a seven-year marriage, Crystal Ball, 43, and her ex-husband, Richard Chaillou, 54, divorced recently.

The mansion comes with a “wonderfully rehabbed husband,” according to the listing. Photos from the listing showed Richard posing with a stuffed tiger and flexing his muscles.

Richard will do all responsibilities of a caretaker from cooking, cleaning and overseeing repair work.

The new divorcee from Birmingham, Alabama, obtained her real estate licence in 2019 and is currently advertising two of her three beach townhouses, one of which buyers may receive a discount if they take in her ex.

The internet listing said, “this ideal man in the kitchen is a personal chef and waiter who prepares flawless meals on a new stove with renovated counters where memories can be made. Crystal has all her hopes on a buyer who can see the humorous side of everything and buy the beach house along with her ex-husband.

While the property has been withdrawn multiple times, with listing agents advising Crystal that it is against the rules, she claims that selling homes with tenants coupled with investment properties is a regular practice in the state.
