David Ojabo is an American football outside linebacker who plays for the Baltimore Ravens in the National Football League (NFL). He will be in action against the Cleveland Browns in the second match of the Saturday Night triple-header – his debut for the Ravens in the ongoing 2022-23 season of the NFL

Ojabo was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and in 2007 his family relocated to Aberdeen, Scotland. They moved to the United States when he was 17 years old and settled in Blairstown, New Jersey.

He attended the Blair Academy and started playing basketball before realizing that his true calling is American football. He attended the University of Michigan and started playing college football there.

He had said that the similarity of the Michigan weather to that of Scotland made him choose Michigan as the preferred destination for playing American football.

Not much information is publicly available on the Ojabo family. Although we know that his father is Victor Ojabo and his mother is Ngor Ojabo, we do not know what their professions are.

He reportedly has an elder brother and a sister but their details are also not publicly available. 

The Baltimore Ravens selected Ojabo in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft, 45th overall. On August 31, 2022, he was put on injured reserve while he recovered from the Achilles injury he sustained in March.

With the Ravens, David Ojabo agreed to a four-year, $7,909,121 deal that has a $2,932,088 signing bonus, $4,696,593 in guaranteed money, and an average salary of $1,977,280.
