NFL draft projections-

Leading wide receiver Ricky Pearsall had to make a crucial choice as 2022 came to an end: enter the 2023 NFL Draft or play one more season of collegiate football. Pearsall finally decided on the latter, deciding to don the Gators’ orange and blue for one more season.

This choice turned out to be advantageous for all parties because it gave the excellent but somewhat inexperienced Florida receiving corps a seasoned veteran for an additional season. As the young Gators’ offensive weapons adjust to the demands of collegiate football in 2023, Pearsall is slated to play a variety of roles and contribute crucial experience.

Pearsall has high internal expectations as a performer and a leader and is ready to have a huge impact on the Florida offense as the undisputed best wide receiver. The senior wideout is “poised for a tremendous year,” according to head coach Billy Napier.
