In match 20 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), DC batsman Shikhar Dhawan was seen on his knees in front of his opponent Dinesh Karthik in what appeared to be a moment of banter between the two. The incident occurred after Karthik had a stumping chance. And after Karthik appeared to be angry, the duo broke into smiles.

With Dhawan around on the field, there is never a dull moment. He is known to be an entertainer with the bat or on the field. And it was shown yet again after the mid-match banter with Karthik. After an attempted stumping, Karthik pointed his finger at Dhawan. Dhawan fell on his knees and both had a laugh.
