It looks like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, the lead characters in one of football’s most storied rivalries, are set to meet on the football field once again. 

PSG have announced that they will be playing a friendly in Saudi Arabia where they will face a combined XI of players from Al-Nassr and Al Hilal, the two rivals clubs. The match will be played for the Riyadh Season Cup.

Ronaldo signed for Al-Nassr recently for what is being termed the biggest contract in sporting history.

PSG revealed on their official website that the team will be traveling to Doha and then to Riyadh, where the two Saudi clubs are based.

The star-studded match that will see the likes of Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappe in action has been scheduled for January 19, 2023.

The match is set to be held at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh. 

When and where to watch

Fans who have not managed to procure tickets for the match need not worry, since the encounter will be available for streaming on all of PSG’s social media channels for free, as per a report published by FanNation Futbol.
