The Miami Dolphins are set to take on the Green Bay Packers tonight in their Christmas Day match. While the temperatures in many parts of the country were significantly low on Christmas Eve, this match will be played in pleasant conditions since the current temperature in Miami is 46 degrees Fahrenheit or 8 degrees Celcius.

The Christmas Eve match between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Las Vegas Raiders was played in a freezing weather that saw the mercury drop to 10 degrees Fahrenheit.

Between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. ET, Miami Gardens is expected to experience temperatures between 53 and 56, with cloudy skies and a 7% chance of precipitation. The expected wind speed is 10 mph, with gusts as high as 14 mph.

Meanwhile, the temperature in Green Bay was 5 degrees at kickoff, while significant parts of the United States are experiencing record low temperatures.

Fans in the stadium were dressed up and snuggled up with blankets, contending with unusually warm temperatures for the holiday season in Florida.

Outside the stadium, there was also a machine blowing fake snow to match the frigid temps. The Dolphins started with a balanced offensive assault that was weather-appropriate, running and throwing four times on their first drive to achieve a field goal and an early lead over the Packers.

Miami has dropped three straight games, dropping to 8-6. Last week, the Dolphins were defeated 32-29 by the Buffalo Bills in a snowy comeback attempt.

The Packers have scored at least 24 points in three straight games for the first time this season, and have surpassed 200 yards via the air for the first time since Week 11 against the Rams.

The Dolphins recovered something of a groove at Buffalo after averaging just 17 points in the first two games of their current slide.

The Dolphins’ last victory came in Week 12, when they defeated Houston at home 30-15 to extend their winning streak to five games. Prior to it, Miami had a rout of Cleveland, but its games from weeks 6 through 9 were decided by a total of 21 points.
