Starting Monday, wide receivers and tight ends will receive player ratings for the upcoming EA Sports video game “Madden 23,” which will be released on August 19.

One of the most talked about ratings was for Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, who received an overall rating of 87 out of 100. This was after Chase had an outstanding 2021 rookie campaign, in which he registered 81 receptions for 1,455 yards and 13 touchdowns. Davante Adams of the Las Vegas Raiders has the highest rating of any wideout, with a perfect 99, with Bengals WR falling to the 20th spot.

The former NFL MVP also said that despite being a rookie his name was mentioned in the game and he was just labeled as ‘QB no 12’. Brady has been in the league since the year 2000 and following his first Super Bowl victory in 2002, he has been featured in the game ever since.

He has appeared in over 20 editions of the game. 2022 was the latest edition of the game where he was featured as a cover athlete alongside Kansas CIty Quarterback Patrick Mahomes. This was the 45-year-old’s second appearance as a cover athlete of the game.

Ja’Marr Chase will be looking for a great second year, after leading the team to a Super Bowl appearance where they were defeated by the Los Angeles Rams 20-23. He has a high potential to be one of the best wide receivers in the game and has a very efficient QB in Joe Burrow, who throws the ball with great precision.
