Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr rushed to the locker room after taking a hit while playing against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

Odell Beckham Jr. was hit hard by Cardinals safety Budda Baker when he attempted to grab an overthrown pass; it appeared as though Baker’s knee struck Beckham’s abdomen.

After the incident, medical staff walked OBJ off the field and into the Ravens’ locker room. Interestingly, the team’s medical personnel was able to accompany him on his jog to the locker room.

Following that, the Ravens revealed that Beckham is experiencing gastrointestinal problems, so it’s unclear when he’ll be able to play again.

This marks another setback for Odell Beckham Jr., who has already missed several games in his inaugural season with the Baltimore Ravens. As the Ravens face off against the Arizona Cardinals, here’s the latest on OBJ’s status.

The Baltimore Ravens signed Odell Beckham Jr. to a one-year, $15 million contract this offseason, but he suffered an ankle injury in Week 2. He missed the team’s next two games as a result. Beckham has caught 14 of the 22 targets he has been targeted for thus far, gaining 162 yards without a touchdown.

Odell Cornelious Beckham Jr. was selected by the New York Giants in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft after playing collegiate football at LSU. Famous for his thrilling style of play, Beckham is praised for his incredible leaps and bounds, as well as his joyous celebrations.
