Fans were disappointed with the design of Great Britain’s jersey in the World Baseball Classic match against the match against the United States on Saturday.  Many called for Nike designers to be fired.

“Does the World Baseball Classic, Nike, or the country submit designs for their jerseys? Whoever it is should be fired for those Great Britain jerseys. Gray will black lettering is pretty boring,” wrote one.

“I’m pretty sure Great Britain’s baseball jerseys were made by a 6-year-old with an iron and felt letters from an arts & crafts starter set,” another one said.

“Imagine trying to increase baseball awareness in Great Britain and then making their WBC wear the worst baseball jerseys I’ve ever seen in my life,”  said another.

“I would just like to talk to the designer of the Great Britain World Baseball Classic jerseys and ask why they just gave up,” another wrote.
